Rules

• 1. Please keep this fun for everyone, no offending other people purposefully, be excellent to eachother. Avoid using racial slurs or harassing someone.
• 1.1. If a person in this server is in a private chat with you and sending you unwanted messages, asking you for images or other personal details please inform staff about such incidents. Especially if you are a minor.
• 1.2. If you condone or partake in sexual conduct in regards to minors, you are banned without chance for appeal. We apply a zero-tolerance policy towards pedophilia - any such instance should immediately be reported even if it happens between two members of the same community in private. For Matrix users, this also applies to questionable homeserver domain names.
• 2. Do not post invite links here or promote you or your friends. We do not look kindly at advertisement and it can lead to permanent ban. Posting your own ReactOS content is fine as an exception to this rule.
• 2.1. The above clause mostly applied for social media content (e.g. YouTube) - you are fine to link forks of ReactOS and derivative projects as long as they do not contain illegal sources (such as WRK or leaked sources of Microsoft Windows). We allow partial leeway in regards to this rule, but your intent of joining shouldn't be purely about advertisement.
• 3. Keep bot usage at #commands.
• 4. Do not beg for staff, asking reduces your chances of ever becoming one.
• 5. Discussion of politics is strictly prohibited.
• 6. NSFW content (such as gore, pornography) is strictly prohibited.
• 7. Please respect the topic at hand in a given room/channel. Derailing intent of the channel is frowned upon (e.g. shitposting in offtopic) - please follow staff members redirections to another channel if prompted to.
• 7.1. #working-programs and #working-hardware follow a strict no-discussion policy - You are not allowed to use the channel for both on and off-topic discussions, any questions should be asked in the general chat.
• 8. Shitpost STRICTLY goes to the #shitpost channel.
• 9. Any evasion of your punishment is NOT tolerated. Alts for such purpose will be permanently banned.
• 10. Distribution and showcase of warez, cracks and illegal copies of software is prohibited.
• 10.1. Posting links or downloadable content of leaked source code of the NT kernel, Win32 components and modules or any other Windows code bound by Microsoft in this server is EXTREMELY PROHIBITED! Any deliberate action on doing so will result in a permanent ban in the server as well as further notice to the main core developers and responsible authors of the ReactOS project. You're allowed however to post links of official open source code by Microsoft.
• 10.2. Replacing DLLs with Windows counterpart in your ReactOS install is fine, redistributing them is not okay.
• 11. Your username must be readable by the English alphabet - numbers, accent letters and minor use of symbols are allowed. In case you're not able to change the username by yourself please ask a staff member of the server to do it for you.
• 12. This community is bridged across multiple platforms. Please respect the choice of platform for all users involved.

Starboard rules:

• No selfstarring (Removal of reaction perms for a day)
• Don't star every single message, only star quality post (Bot ignores you entirely for a defined amount dependant on severity of your offending)
